Nazlı is the head of Corporate and M&A practices of NPartners. She is qualified lawyer in Turkey and solicitor in England and Whales. Nazlı completed her BA degree in Law and International Relations at Koç University. Later on Nazlı finished her LLM in Medical Law at Galatasaray University. She completed EU Law and Banking Finance Regulation program in EBS Universitat für Wirtschaft und Rechts in Frankfurt.
She was awarded as the young tax professional of Turkey by Ernst and Young in 2017. She conducts legal due diligence reviews, drafts vendor and buyer due diligence reports and corporate transaction documents including share/asset transfers, share subscriptions, and joint venture agreements. She previously worked in Istanbul offices of leading global law firms in Turkey including DLA Piper and Clifford Chance. She focuses on M&A, corporate, compliance, blockchain, artificial intelligence and foreigners' law. She is also member of Informatics and Artificial Intelligence Commission Committee of Istanbul Bar Association.
Nazlı has an excellent command in English and native in Persian and Turkish.
