Nilüfer is a mid-level associate at NPartners. She completed her LL.B. degree with honors at Dokuz Eylül University and is currently pursuing her LL.M. in Business Law at İstanbul Bilgi University, with a thesis on the decision-making processes of boards of directors.
She focuses on M&A, corporate, compliance and foreigners’ law. She advises multinational clients on share/asset transfers, corporate structuring, corporate governance and sector-specific regulatory matters, including food supplements, logistics and multi-level marketing.
Nilüfer has an excellent command in English and native in Turkish.
